  I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I had a very expensive dressed dry cleaned, it’s now completely shrunk and has stains on it. (There was no stains when I dropped it off) There is now a black texta mark on the sleeve and red stains (soap?) on the bottom on the hem. I went in to show them and one of the workers was extremely rude and the owner is very difficult to work with. I’m trying to get this issue resolved in a quiet matter but it’s like getting blood from a stone. Take your money elsewhere

  Beware! They ruined my cream linen jacket. When I picked it up it was crumpled, had yellow streaks all over, a black texta mark on the sleeve, small pulls and an awful smell. The woman that I brought it up with said it was like that before, they had put it in with a wedding dress so it was treated gently and that they had managed to get a lipstick stain out. There wasn’t even a lipstick stain to begin with! Untrustworthy and shonky!!!!

  The most unprofessional and borderline scamming business I have ever encountered. Frankly I hope this review reaches as many potential customers of theirs as possible as I wouldn’t want anyone to have their expensive garments ruined beyond repair the way that mine and other reviewers were.
  
  A few weeks ago I brought in my vintage fur coat IN GREAT CONDITION to be dry cleaned. I have photographic proof that, before being handed in, the only issues on it was some dust. $75 was paid and 2 weeks later I went to retrieve it.
  
  I was immediately met with a monotone attitude from the lady that made me feel like I was a burden on her. As I left I noticed a huge tear in the bottom of the coat and I brought it straight back.
  
  The lady’s attitude suddenly changed to a very fake “friendly” tone when I showed her the issue. And she had the nerve to say I brought it in damaged 2 weeks ago. who in their right mind would bring in a fur with huge tears and say “ignore the holes just clean it”? Again I have photos showing it was undamaged before it was handed to them. She then finally said she would sort it out and check the cameras to see what happened.
  
  A few days later they told us they were sending it to a specialist to have it repaired, this turned out to be a lie as they contacted us and said “when I tried to sew it together fur kept falling out and it’s your fault because you brought us an old coat” even though AGAIN it was IN PERFECT CONDITION.
  
  There are now huge holes and tears around the whole jacket as well as the worst stitching I have ever seen. Comparing it to the existing stitching on the coat you would think Stevie wonder was the “specialist” they “sent” it to. It is now ruined and I’d probably have to pay hundreds if not over $1000 to have it professionally repaired. If that’s even possible at this point.
  
  These people didn’t offer any compensation or replacement, kept the $75 that they should have refunded and said no apology or any expression of empathy in the entire exchange.
  
  It’s a real shame as my family and I used to take many of our clothes there. I am still open to receiving compensation or a resolution however this review will stay here until that happens.

  I have been getting my white business suits pressed and cleaned as well as my suits and tuxedo all cleaned at Brite Drycleaners, I can’t fault their service nor professionalism.

  Terrible experience. Dropped off a black blazer that had been worn only once for dry cleaning. Upon pick-up and after a tense conversation about wishing to inspect the garment before payment, I realised that during their questionable dry cleaning process that both sides of the collar had been ripped. I raised this with the staff member who tried to blame it on the jacket and stated that it was ‘a design fault’ and not something they should be held accountable for. The jacket was also covered in hairs and dust - not how you expect to pick up something that you are expected to pay $35.00 to clean. The staff member then proceeded to tell me that they always clean according to the label of the item and that this is what was done for my item - funny as there are no cleaning labels on the blazer! Eventually they reluctantly agreed to fix the tears as ‘gesture of goodwill’ however upon second round pick-up this was noticed to be a very poor repair job.
  
  * In relation to your response - all lies! The garment was worn once and I can provide a receipt of its purchase which occurred the week prior. I have photos of the tears in the collar and of the fluff on the jacket at pick up. Nice try but you’ll have to do better than that in your attempts to cover up your inadequate service!
